Terms for using the Certo Procure application and its supplier portal.

Terms of use

Last updated: September 29, 2026.

Scope

These terms govern access to and use of Certo Procure and its supplier portal. Capabilities, service levels, pricing and commercial conditions are set in the proposal and agreement signed with each customer, which prevail over these terms.

Accounts and access

Accounts are created by each organization's administrator or activated by invitation. Each user must protect their password and two-step verification, and tell their administrator or hello@certo.team if they suspect unauthorized access.

Your organization's data

The information your organization records belongs to it. Your organization is responsible for having the authorization needed to load the data of its users, suppliers and bank accounts. Certo processes it to provide the service as described in the privacy notice.

Decisions, approvals and payments

Certo Procure records and controls the procure-to-pay flow; your organization makes the decisions. Procure does not move money: it prepares payment proposals and files that your organization executes with its bank. Nova recommends and never decides; review its suggestions before acting.

Supplier portal

Suppliers sign in by invitation from a customer. The orders, invoices, documents and bank accounts a supplier submits become available to that customer, who decides on them under its own controls.

Permitted use

You may not use Certo Procure to compromise its security, access other organizations' data, upload malicious files, disrupt its availability or impersonate another person or organization.

Integrations

Optional integrations with third-party services (for example, Google or Microsoft mail or calendar, or an ERP) are also subject to those providers' terms. An administrator can disconnect them at any time from the product settings.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and secure; it may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or external causes. Applicable service levels and liability are those in the agreement with each customer.

Intellectual property

Certo's marks, designs, text and materials belong to their respective owners. Using the service grants no license over them beyond what is needed to use it.

Privacy

How information is processed in Certo Procure is described in our privacy notice.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms to reflect service or legal changes. The date above identifies the current version. Questions can be sent to hello@certo.team.
